Shift Responsibilities
- Provide all pertinent information to Head Coaches (as delegation designees) and Officials
- Provide specific requests for information needed by Delegations to Competition Administration Manager:
- Assist with the maintenance of Delegation Mailboxes with pertinent information and the sign-out sheet, ensuring that the proper personnel from the Delegation receive the information
- Communicate to the Competition Administration Manager to ensure that the Head Coaches for each delegation receive the same information that is available at the competition venue
- Assist with receiving, tracking of information including: protests, appeals, competition schedules/updates, postponements and cancellations, results, etc.
