As a Utility Volunteer, you’ll be the go-to person for a variety of essential tasks that keep the event running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, adaptable, and ready to jump in wherever help is needed.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with event logistics, including unloading and loading supplies.
- Set up and take down signage throughout the venue.
- Prepare key areas, such as the Awards Table and auction space.
- Support the Sponsor an Athlete program and other event initiatives.
- Provide general assistance with a wide range of tasks to ensure a successful event.
