As part of the Auction Crew, you’ll play a key role in creating a smooth and enjoyable auction experience for guests. This position is perfect for detail-oriented volunteers who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and helping guests participate in one of the event’s most exciting activities.
Responsibilities:
- Set up the silent auction table and assist with arranging and moving items.
- Support the live auction, including passing out items to winning bidders.
- Collect bid sheets at the end of the silent auction and deliver them to the registration team.
- Provide assistance as needed to ensure the auction runs efficiently and guests have a positive experience.
