 The Bill Shumard Hall of Fame Awards is Special Olympics Southern California's (SOSC) opportunity to recognize and honor the hundreds of Law Enforcement Officers who dedicate their time volunteering and raising funds in support of SOSC's Athletes. As CEO for 15 years, Bill Shumard was instrumental to the success of SOSC's LETR Program.
